Gates
- For women’s basketball and volleyball games, gates open 60 minutes prior to game time.
- For men’s basketball games, gates open 90 minutes prior to game time.
- For non-Xavier events, gate times vary from 60 to 90 minutes in advance subject to projected attendance and life safety regulations.
Guest Services
The Guest Services desk is located inside the main entrance on the south side of the Cintas Center. A guest services representative is on hand to assist with lost and found items, wheelchair and seating accessibility, taxi service or any special requests and accommodations.
